For the first time… I have a programming project I am working on, and I don’t know the best way to build it.

I am trying to build a PHP based site content engine. It should support user defined tags, user defined functions, external data sources, content blocks, and should use XML as often as possible.

Everytime I come up with an idea, I come up with a better way to do it.

This is not working at all.

I bow to the almighty.

Any MySQL and/or Perl geeks should check this out.
