I am eating a bag of Cheetos Crunchy Flaming Hot. They aren’t lying… these things are HOT. However, after reviewing the list of (mostly unpronounceable) ingredients, I cannot figure out what makes them so hot. Red 40 Lake looks hot… but I don’t think it actually is hot. They also list garlic powder as an ingredient… but some how I don’t think that’s it. Maybe I should have been a chemistry major after all.
