I purchase a bag of chips and a coke. My total comes to $2.08. I hand the lady a $5 bill. I then inform her that I have the additional 8 cents. I hand her a nickel and three pennies. She hands me $2.92 and says, “Thank You”.
I nod, and smile, and walk away without saying a word.
