Built a Debian box to serve as a file server/network bridge/firewall/footstool/web server/mail server this evening. I love doing cool things with old, crappy boxes. It’s name is chupacabra, and it currently sits at the head of our internal network acting as traffic cop. Fun!

I was supposed to call the police when I got home. Damn. I forgot. Tomorrow. Yes, tomorrow.

Time for bed.

Ladies and Gentlemen. I would like to take this time to present to you, one of the most beautiful women in the world. Hold your breath, boys.

“all the world’s a criminal” or “karma takes its toll”

Sometime Sunday night, someone backed into the front of my truck and drove off. It wasn’t until last night that I realized what happened (as the damage was not that bad). I called the Carrollton Police Department. They told me that I should call them again when I get home from work, and they will send out an officer to file a report with. I called my insurance company. They told me that since I don’t have uninsured motorist coverage, that this is covered under my collision policy which has a $500 deductible.

How annoying.

Once… many years ago… when I was younger and stupider, I did the same thing to someone. I was pulling out of my girlfriend’s driveway late at night and I backed into the side of a car parked across the street. I thought about leaving a note… but only for a few seconds. Then I took off down the street. I guess this is just payback.

Thanks, Karma. Are you ever going to be on my side?

hello, I love you, wont you tell me your name….

I told myself some time ago that if you ever remembered my name I would give you my phone number.

Yesterday, you remembered.
