I almost forgot. I used to date a girl, Melissa, who was the self-proclaimed "onetongirl". This had nothing to do with her weight, instead it was a reference to One Ton Records, a local Dallas based music label. This girl followed One Ton, and just about every band signed to them, religiously.
Last night, Doosu was the headliner at the Wreck Room. Doosu is a One Ton band. Going there last night, I had the possibility of running into her tucked way back in my head. She wasn't there, thankfully. There was, however, a girl there that very closely resembled the roommate she had while we were dating. I made brief and accidental eye contact with her a few times, but she never approached me, for which I was grateful.
