peener's Dual Head video card working under Linux. However, X windows sees the two monitors as one great big monitor. I'm sure there is a way to make it see it as two separate desktops, so that when one maximizes a window, it only takes up one monitor, and so that windows don't display on the "crack". We'll see….
Oh did I mention:
I BOWLED A 153!
Tried about a million different things to make my bowling game better… finally found a method that is reasonably reliable.
Lisa and Allison came to the bowling alley to see us for a little while, then they went back to their place. I went over there after bowling and plopped down on the couch next to Allison and set her feet (she was laying down) on my lap. She didn't seem to mind. Shortly thereafter, however, Sean and I got started on the Video card and by the time we were done everyone was in bed.
Oh… by the way…
I BOWLED A 153!
I don't like Mandrake 8.0 at all. In fact I don't like Mandrake at all. In fact… I don't like anything that isn't Debian. I guess I have just become attached.
I am considering taking an "emergency personal day" tomorrow so I don't have to get up so early, so I can get some errands done (like by my Dad a Father's Day present, finish the WhatTeam website, and calculate what my roommate owes me for bills) , and so I can go FREE Cosmic Bowling from 4pm to 6pm.
In other news….
I BOWLED A 153!
