just like suds on the road right after the rain starts falling….

Him: If you reinstall it SHOULD save your settings.

Me: SHOULD… or WOULD?

Him: That’s a good question. Let me check.

(… a few minutes later …)

Him: No. We don’t want to do that.

It has been almost 24 hours since I have had a chance to even check my email. Normally, I would say this was a good thing: but not today.

Let’s just hope that today is better than yesterday, because at this point it’s only thirty minutes old and yet smells just as bad.
