I gave Evolution a small test drive today. That last time I had done so was when they made their first release. I must say, “Wow!”. It has gotten MUCH better. It seems VERY stable. And very easy to use. Someone used to Outlook Express could get used to this rather quickly. Now, I only tested the IMAP features… but from that stand point it is great for your average user. Unfortunately, it is not what I want: the power of Mutt combined with the ease and looks of Outlook Express.

Maybe some day.

Update: The “focus-follows-mouse” style input boxes are MORE than annoying, however.

Going out drinking with four incredibly beautiful women can teach a man many things. But most importantly, it teaches him that men who pick up on women in bars, for the most part, look VERY stupid and are generally made fun of by the women they are trying to pick up.
