I am ticked off. I am sick of being forced to pay for a service because they are the only game in town.

When the system picks up, choose option “3″ and then set the phone down. Check it every 15 minutes or so to make sure they haven’t answered and then hung up on you when you didn’t respond. If this is the case, just call back.
