Halloween was a very good time (I feel like I'm singing a CornMo song). I went dressed as Charlie Brown in his 30's. I wore a yellow, ribbed undershirt with the recognizable Charlie Brown black squiggly on the bottom (thanks to CheapAss Games thanks to
The only part of the night that was slightly annoying was getting home. I had rode up with jaclyn> and
I got my truck registered this morning. I am hoping to get it inspected tomorrow. Then I will be mostly legal to drive again. I am such a slacker.
This weekend is the Renaissance Festival in Plantersville. I think we are going to have a great time. For some reason, however, I am getting this feeling that I should bring my own vehicle, and since denying that feeling last time led to problems, I think I am going to obey it this time. However, since everyone has already settled on who they are going to ride with, it looks like I may be driving by myself. I don't really mind. That just means I can pull over and take as many pictures as I want to without anyone getting upset with me. However, chances are I'd have more fun with someone in the truck to talk to. Anyone not have anything to do this weekend and feel like going to the Renaissance Festival about an hour north of Houston?
As soon as I finish this post I am going over to see Julie and show her the photos from the shoot this past weekend. After that I will find a quick dinner somewhere; probably at On the Border since David works there and I can get food for half off. After that, it is off to Arlington to meet justheather for coffee. I have been reading her journal for a while, though she rarely updates anymore. She used to work for the company that I work for now, and we would bitch about work over IM. I was immediately drawn to the way she expressed herself and am very excited about meeting her today. I hope I don't get too nervous.
