PEAR::XML/RPC

Either the debian package maintainer or the PEAR developers decided to rip XML/RPC.php out of PEAR. That pissed me off. With only minor code changes, I slapped in the libraries that the PEAR XMLRPC libs were based off of. I then hacked in proxy support, and fixed a bug that caused it to not handle payloads over 20k and everything seems okay now. I know I am using experimental software, and running from the unstable distribution, but still… don't you think they could have left it there? It worked fine (aside from the large payload problems).
