The WIndows XP CD that I borrowed…. err.. I mean paid full price for… doesn't work. The IDE-SCSI emulation layer in Linux had problems ripping the CD image in order to burn it. Would someone be willing to burn me a copy of theirs or let me borrow theirs long enough to either figure out how to fix my CD burner under Linux or give up and just install straight from the borrowed CD? Don't worry… this is totally legal since I bought a copy for full price. The copy I bought is one that doesn't require a secondary activation code. I am hoping to borrow one with this same feature. Thank you.
