pot roasting goodness
January 4th, 2002I'm making pot roast tonight because I am working from home and have the luxury or preparing it several hours early so it will have time to cook. Plus, I already had the meat, so it is saving me money. Leftover pot roast is good, but having friends share the pot roast is better. I have enough for 5 or 6. I've invited Jaclyn and Matt (though they haven't replied), which means two or three more can come. RSVP now. Dinner is at 6:30pm.
