"get sleep… choose hdparm"
January 22nd, 2002I am falling asleep. I shouldn't have stayed up until 3am with Brad transferring 8GB of data from one machine to another. Either that, or I should have researched hdparm -d1 /dev/hdx [1] ages ago. I need to wake up, and caffeine is not making it any better. I can think of one way to help the situation, but she's not here right now.
[1] (BTW: If you are a Linux user, and you have relatively new IDE drives, you should certainly give this a shot. If it eats all your data, or pastes a picture of your girlfriend's head on a porn stars body, don't blame me though.)
