I have so many ideas running through my head it is insane. Ways to make life better. Ways to make other people's lives better. Ways to make money. Ways to get more done in less time. Ways to become more efficient at menial tasks.

The problem is, all of these things take time and effort in the beginning for the big payoff in the end. While I am willing to put in that time and effort, I need MOTIVATION. I need someone to encourage me. I need someone to be enthusiastic about what I am doing. I need someone who will take part in the workload, in order to engage in friendly competition and to bounce ideas off of.

Many people say they are willing to be that person. Many people claim that they have what it takes. But, when it comes time to perform, they are too busy or too lazy to actually do it. I don't need someone to actually do much work. I need someone to motivate me to do it.

I am a good worker. I do things efficiently. I do things effectively. I have the ability to see the whole picture before I even get started. I am not a self-starter. I am not self-motivated. I am not introverted (anymore).
