Images are added to "rolls" via FTP and/or web upload.
Images from "rolls" are added to albums and/or categories.
Images can be resized on the fly, and the resized versions are cached.
Images can be given a title, as well as a description.
EXIF information should be pulled from the images and stored as image [...]
