Ideas for Photo Album/Portfolio Script:

• Images are added to "rolls" via FTP and/or web upload.
  
• Images from "rolls" are added to albums and/or categories.
  
• Images can be resized on the fly, and the resized versions are cached.
  
• Images can be given a title, as well as a description.
  
• EXIF information should be pulled from the images and stored as image metadata.
  
• Additional metadata can be added to each image.
  
• Images can be hidden from plain view.
  
• Albums can be hidden from plain view.
  
• Search can be performed by title, date, description, or metadata.
  
• Featured photo should be selectable for each album.
  
• Albums can be nested.
  
• Photos can belong to more than one album.
  
• URLs should be short and simple.
  
• Hit counters and comments are nice additions, but should be added last.
  
• Users can select default size to view images at and this will be remembered via Cookie or Session variable.
  
• Interface should be templatable.
  
• Should have the features of Slooze, the cleanliness of Yappa, and the look / ease-of-use of Gallery.
