We found an apartment! It is the Amli at Valley Ranch. It is a nice one bedroom with a study. It is the best floor plan I have ever lived in. The leasing agent was really nice (and really gay). I tried to call Jess to make sure it was okay with her, but she was at work, so I put down a deposit anyway. I really like it, it backs up to a greenbelt, and has lots of walking trails just behind the apartment complex. A great kitchen, huge living room, giant bedroom and a really nice bathroom with two sinks! I am really happy with it, and don't think I could have found anything better. My rent will be $802/mo. Everything has been remodeled so even though it was built in 1987, you wouldn't know it. There is a door in our bedroom that leads out to a nice little creek with rocks and trees and flowers. It's very close to my work and everything in the Irving/Las Colinas area.

I hope Jess likes it, cause we're stuck if she doesn't.

My move in date is July 12th, which should give me plenty of time to make things nice before Jess comes to visit in August.
