Excellent layout. Dining room in a neat place. Hard to place furniture in livingroom. Fireplace. Small patio. Good sized bedroom. Breakfast bar in a good place.

Interesting floor plan. It has a breakfast nook AND a dining room, which means the dining room could be used for computers and such. Large living room. Two sinks in the bathroom. Fireplace.

It's hard to read the floor plan, so I don't know for sure what the room sizes are. This place looks great though. Small kitchen, but I'll learn to cope. Some wasted space in the "dressing room" area of the bathroom (and I hate wasted space). Fireplace. Right on the Mandalay Canal in the heart of Las Colinas.
