Blosxom, the little weblog engine that is quietly sweeping the nation, has released version 1.2. Updates include configurable file extensions, some code cleanup, one real nasty bug fix, and many other small things.
I really need to learn Python. Blosxom is written in Perl, which I didn't realize before now.

Smarty 2.4.0 was released a few days ago. There aren't a lot of major improvements, but there is one security related bug fix as well as some minor feature changes.

GPGRelay is an application that provides GPG/PGP message encryption and decryption for Microsoft operating system users who choose to use an e-mail client that doesn't support such activities. I haven't installed it however it appears to be very easy to use and very feature complete.
