Although it seemed that we sent our INS/BCIS paperwork off into a big blackhole never to be heard of or seen again, yesterday Jess received her appointment to receive Employment Authorization and her Advanced Parole (a document allowing her to leave the United States while our case is processing). Score 2 for us.
This is VERY good news.
