With the RIAA just about ready to sue 12 year olds for singing "Metallica" songs in the shower before they've purchased the CD, even I'm beginning to worry. The EFF has posted on article on How to not get sued by the RIAA.

apartment walk-through

Yesterday was my apartment walk-through. I had a 10am appointment. At 10:15, I called the office to find out why the maintenance man wasn't there. He showed up a few minutes later.
