		<description>I have had this service for over a year and it is simly the worst. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of (over a 50 minute wait and then disconnected) and the not helpful at that. I have tried and tried to remain positive as the company grows but when I compare it to my friends Vonage it falls way below pare. There is often an echo on the line. I have been told my DTA is defective and they would send a new one and have never recieved it despite numerous foloow ups. I have e-mailed customer service and billing numeropus times and never had a response at all. If you are considering this company; I recommend you go elsewhere. I have to see the rest of the contract through</description>
