April 1st, 2005:

if…

if...

If the bitch behind me smokes one more cigarette i’m gonna stop the car, walk back there and slap it out of her mouth.

The one day that i have some place to be, not only do i leave 30 minutes late but traffic is fucking terrible. Even worse, had i just gone where i was going instead of heading home first, i’d be there already. This fucking sucks.

damn good thing

damn good thing

It’s a good thing i don’t have any smokes in the car or i’d have one now. Damn it.

[photo] Inside Out

This is from a shoot with Erica that happened back in January. Like I said, I’ve been quite removed, mentally, from photography lately. It’s very nice to be back on track.

This shoot, in particular, was amazing: fun, sexy, artistic, energetic, exciting. I’m a little disappointed with a few lighting choices I made bu, overall, I’m very happy with the images. This image isn’t necessarily the technical *best* from the shoot, but the composition and lighting of it really jumped at me and my small team of image previewers.

Your comments are greatly appreciated. Compliments make me feel like I’ve done well. Constructive criticism gives me something to strive for tomorrow. Comments in general show me that you’re watching my work and would like to see more. If no one looks, then what’s the point of making it in the first place?

In Between

It’s not the best image I’ve ever taken, but I like it anyway. And it represents an attempt to get back on track, back to things that are important.

Thanks to John and Morgan for their faith and inspiration. It means a lot to me and has more effect on me than I can clearly describe.
