The lawn has been lawnmower'd. It needed it. Bad. Real bad. Either that, or we needed a farmer to come harvest our wheat.
I talked to the next door neighbor's brother-in-law. Nice guy. He's gonna pay me to mow her lawn. I don't particularly need the money. And I imagine my time and materials are worth more than I'll be getting paid. But, I like being helpful. And they are very nice people. So I don't mind so much. I helped him get his boat out of her garage. He gave me some tips on Texas lawn care and even lent me his spreader so I can get the fertilizer just right.
My wireless flash trigger came in the mail today. Woo hoo! No more cables to trip over and/or electrocute me, and no more flash rigged to send only IR that only works 75% of the time. I'm anxious to try it out as soon as possible, but I doubt anyone is available for a shoot tomorrow or late this afternoon. I've got a practice shoot with Miki next Saturday anyway, so, I guess I can wait until then.
We're about to go to Lowes. I ran out of WeedEater line and I need to buy some form of liquid death to spray on the damn bugs that are eating the crap out of our pretty flowers. I never did show you all a picture of our pretty front yard. Remind me and maybe I'll do it this afternoon.
Tonight is Miki's birthday party. I'm pretty sure it's going to be a damn good time.
I'm having some business cards printed up. Oh yes. It's about to get all sorts of serious.
