So what else about me is there that I think is normal when, in reality it isn't?
I mean, I thought the ringing in my ears was something everyone heard from time to time. It isn't.
I thought that *no one* could snuggle up close to a cat without getting itchy eyes. That isn't true.

So, the verdict is in.
There were a few things I knew already, a few things I don't really believe, and a few surprises as well.

And I'm off for my three hour test. I'm *really* hoping something shows up on this one. If so, it should make dealing with this a lot more possible.

Whoever invented the idea the smoke detectors would beep once every couple of minutes to let you know that their batteries were getting low was an absolute moron. We have no less than 7 smoke alarms in our house. And that single, high-pitched, echoing beep is so quick that, when it sounds, it's nearly impossible [...]
