warning on a hotel balcony window covered in condensation

My hotel room was filled with these warning signs and labels. They all seemed quite absurd to me, but, I imagine they wouldn't exist without reason. So, I decided to show each of them in a way that, hopefully, conveyed the mood the warning seemed to present.
Every morning as I woke up in Tampa, my hotel balcony window looked like this — covered in condensation, the rising sun, just coming up over the city.
The condensation seems to turn this window into a wall.
The warning is very readable in the full-sized version, and is quite readable in this "larger version":http://flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne?id=30863581&size=o. None the less, here it is, written out for those of you that can't figure it out:
PLEASE BE ADVISED
