I am hot and I have proof
June 13th, 2006Working out at the Gym makes me oh so hot. I have proof.
During my thirty minutes at the Gym yesterday I set free 1,108,760 joules of energy or roughly enough energy to bring 2.85 quarts of ice to a boil. Using this information, it's easy to tell just how hot I am. Try this exercise.

*Yesterday*: late night at work, dinner, Gym, business, photo editing
*Today*: hosting two meetings, giving one training class, the show, photo editing
*Tomorrow*: possibly work from home, hosting another meeting, hot photo session
*Beyond*: dinner, dinner and cards, Saturday free, father's day, photo session
