I tried to look at this from a perspective in which I've seen a ton of photographs, whether yours or someone else's. My opinion is that an art exhibit isn't meant to show your *best* work, but rather give people an idea of your range and creativity. Some of my favorite pictures to look at aren't necessarily the prettiest or well-intentioned. But they catch my eye, which is the point of exhibition in a gallery (right?) The ones that make you stand out as unique are:

* Road with Many Exits - looks like a painting, which is always interesting. very different style than the others
* Unused Railway - gorgeous colors, creepy in a good way
* Fragile - unbiased decision, really! it's just a very cool concept with lots of interpretations
* runner up: Free or Best Offer - has an anti-materialist statement behind it, which some art-people like to see

If I saw those three alone in a gallery, I'd be sucked in. I'd wonder, "What else can this guy capture?" and I'd try to seek out more. To me, there are elements of the other photos that I've seen in art galleries online and off.

Here's another way to look at it. You're featured with other artists, right? Chances are, the more unique the photo, the more likely yours will stand apart from theres.

waiting for a ride
unused railway
fragile
(though I also really like a thoughtful side)

Narrowing down to 3 is so tough, even just from 12. You just need your own big show. =)

Oooh, "Waiting For A Ride!" I forgot about this one (and it's even my wallpaper at work). I vote for that one, "Pretend We Were Never Here," and "Unused Railway."
