Believe it or not, after 8+ years of blogging (7 years of which is nearly fully visible on this site) I still haven't figured out where I want to put what. But who cares.

Here's a sampling of images I took at the Fort Worth Nature Preserve a few weekends ago with my dad. There are a lot more where these came from.

We had intended to photograph the sunrise and got rained out. This actually worked in our favor. The overcast day provided for some beautiful, diffuse light for photographing things other than the sky, and reasonable temperatures under the canopy of trees.

I can't wait to go back there. Maybe tomorrow if I don't stay out too late tonight.
