X3watch – Accountability Software Annotated

  • So, who wants to be my accountability partner? The only downside is
that the free version only sends reports every two weeks. I’m sure
it’ll be a very long list by then. – post by revjim

X3watch is an accountability software program helping with online integrity. Whenever you browse the internet and access a site which may contain questionable material, the program will record the site name. A person of your choice (an accountability partner) will receive an email containing all questionable sites you may have visited. This information is meant to encourage open and honest conversation between friends and help you be more accountable to your online adventures.

Among the complications the study found in women who attempted a vaginal birth
after prior Cesarean delivery were rupture of the uterus, infection of the
uterine lining, lack of oxygen to the infant brain, and infant death. The
study authors noted, however, that the risks of these complications were very low.

Uterine rupture is the most well known complication of attempted vaginal
delivery after a prior Cesarean delivery.

In all, 17,898 of the women attempted a vaginal birth. [...] Among the infants born to the women who attempted vaginal birth after a Cesarean, .08 percent (12) were diagnosed with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy, a condition that may result from lack of oxygen to the baby’s brain.
