I've always wanted to try documenting an entire day of my life through photography. I recently purchased a Canon Powershot Point and Shoot, since lugging around all my gear all the time with the baby just isn't possible like it was before. I figure this would give me an opportunity to test out the camera and try my hand at documenting a "Day In The Life".

In the end I realized that taking even slightly artsy photographs while actually holding a baby can be very difficult. As a documentation effort, there are some things that I neglected entirely. So, next time I'll try harder. All in all it was fun. I think it'd be really fun to get a handful of friends to all do this on the same day to compare photos and see how our lives linked together.
