In conjunction with the LiveJournal DITL Community I did a photograph DITL documentary on Tuesday, January 15th, 2008. These are those images.
5:49am. A fairly typical morning.
Coffee. Breakfast. The usual.
I worked from home today. Which means I spent a large chunk of the staring into one of these devices. Sometimes both.
Our daughter, Celeste, is more precious than I have words to describe. She is 1 day shy of three weeks, here, and just waking up.
Despite working from home, I just can't bring myself to stay in Pajamas all day.
Some daddy-daughter time. Her little smile just breaks my heart and mends it again — even if it is just gas.
Our freezer had been leaking water and the repair came today to fix it. We had to dump out all of our ice. It turns out this little piece of plastic was the problem. $50 and 2 minutes later, it's fixed!
I had to visit the Optometrist to get my contact lens prescription renewed.
Jess and I ate at the mall while Celeste took a nap.
Grocery shopping! Lots of fruits and vegetables!

Popcorn, the worlds greatest snack, and a bowl of Cherries. Yum!

Jess and I prepare Taco Salad for dinner.
Dinner is followed by a nice cup of tea.
Of course, Celeste needs to eat too. Nom, nom, nom! Which, is usually followed by her passing out cold. They are both so beautiful.
Finally, at 10:23pm I settle in to bed.
