I am a very sad Daniel. I dropped my big lens. On the plus side, an amarillo guy was really nice and lent me his.

    oh man! that's a horrible feeling. the only one I ever dropped was my sigma 30mm f/1.4 and it just about killed me to see all that money go *poof*. hopefully this is the last lens you'll ever drop.

    the up side- new lens time! ;)
    i've been eyeballing that 18-200 vr for my travels…

      Thankfully, I have the insurance so it shouldn't cost out of pocket. I just have to deal with not having a lens for the rest of my trip.

      Then again, if I was having to buy a lens again, I'd probably buy the same thing. It's a fantastic lens (sigma 70-200 f/2.8).
