Damn. I'm really glad too. If I hadn't, it would just be another thing
in the long list of regrets I have. That isn't to say I don't have
some regrets from the past week (and more)… but… at least I know I
got that part right.

I'm glad you put everything aside by Friday and had a chance to have fun.

I wasn't ready to leave either but the conversation on the way to the airport was lovely and a great way to leave Dallas.

Well, I, for one, am glad to see you writing again. If you all keep
this up, I may actually start using LiveJournal directly again as a
regular, you know, LIFE blog for people who care about me. *GASP*

I didn't realize how depressed and turtled-up I'd been with my old job until I no longer had it, so the last month for me has included a lot of introspection, some change, and a nice thawing. There's more, but its probably worth its own post at some point in the near future.
