Maybe also good to put a date on it, i.e., &quot;Exercise every day for the the next 3 months.&quot; Because, while I hate to be a pessimist, it&#039;s unlikely that you&#039;ll exercise every day for the rest of your life. Give yourself a couple of cheat days, too. That way you CAN accomplish this goal, then you can set another. I tend to run with the best times when I know how far I have to run...&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;#2 is quaint. I like it. Let me know what the response is like.</description>
